I’ve also experienced some level where I saw that all things were perfect; the good, the bad, the ugly, everything.  I wonder if that is the higher astral, or something else?

I’ve found predicting events to be inexact, because the future is not fixed, at least not from the level that I am looking from, (although I’ve heard that from some extremely high perspective, everything has already happened).  Sometimes I do see strong likelihoods of something happening, but as you indicate, simply gaining awareness of a likely future event is often enough to change the stream of intention flowing into the future towards that event, thereby nullifying the prediction.

I agree with you that it is much more important to understand where we are at right now.  I like how you’ve organized the reading and broken it down into the different levels.
