Many individuals look for energy healing training courses to enhance their healing or therapy practice. While Dean’s public lectures provide foundational material for Relational Energy Healing the Skills Training Courses teach students how to implement the work in a practical way.

Dean Ramsden’s Skills Training Courses cover a wide range of topics. One of the many unique features of them is the emphasis upon clearing and re-patterning chakra cords within the auric field. Additionally, the healer does not simply adjust or repair the energy field but learns to run the healthy resolution of the presenting issue through her own system while working with the client. This kind of modeling is both the basis of healthy empathy as well as a necessary energetic support for the client in moving into a new growth phase.

The first level of training is at Dean’s Public Lecture series on the chakra system, psychic development, and the practical application for relationships, personal growth, and spiritual evolution. Here is an excerpt from Class One in Tokyo.

The second level are intermediate Training Seminars that explore the practical application of chakra cord work for energy healers and other people interested in personal and spiritual growth. Where the public lectures present the theory, the seminars teach the practical application.

The third level is the three-year Diploma Course: an in-depth training in Relational Energy Healing (previously called The DragonPearl Program).  Currently, this course is only available in Tokyo, Japan.

Dean also offers video-conference tutorials, supervision, and personal distance sessions to support healers and student-healers with the integration of relational energy healing into their existing practice.

So, what exactly is Relational Energy Healing?

We know that human beings grow only in the presence of relationship, and that we fully heal only in the presence of another. Relational energy healing works to makes this process as conscious as possible, using a gentle but powerful healing protocol.

The specific steps followed by a Relational Energy Healer are:

1. Interview the client so as to initially assess where they are in their personal and spiritual development.

2. Create a holding container for infant & adult consciousness, as well as for sacred space (non-dual consciousness).

3. Use advanced energy healing skills such as: strengthening the auric boundary,  cord cleaning, cord clearing, self-cord work, cord grafting, astral clearing, talu chakra repair, guru chakra supportive work, and more.

4. Articulate and clarify the client’s issue in terms of symptoms, needs, and goals.

5. Explore the authentic need or expression that is being denied, repressed, or even absent. Strengthen the chakra self-cords that are affected.

6. Support the client in taking risks to have a new experience of that which is seeking emergence into her life.

7. While working, the healer attempts to embody the sought-after developmental experience within herself.

8. The healer can include gender-specific work as, often, male and female issues are different in focus.

9. The healer also supports an awareness within the client, of her infant mind and adult mind, including the consciousness of other sentient beings.

10. Finally, the healer may augment sessions with transformative practices which will help stabilize the client’s transformation as they solidify their movement into a new phase of life.
